How matching works

The text before _PIC (or before the first underscore/dot) is read as the vendor SKU and matched against your catalogue. The number after PIC sets photo order, so PIC1 becomes the cover image. Unmatched files are listed but skipped — fix the SKU in the filename and drop them again.

Drop any vendor or catalogue Excel. Known files load with one click; unknown layouts are auto-mapped to your schema, and anything unmatched you map manually — or turn into a brand-new attribute.

Allowlist

Production wiring: Supabase Auth → Google provider, allowlist enforced server-side with row-level security. Vendors are scoped by RLS so they can only ever read RFQs addressed to them — competitor references and other vendors' quotes are invisible at the database level, not just hidden in the UI.
